"My wife and I just closed on our third investment property with the help of Silliman Private Lending. We did a lot of shopping around with different lenders for a private money loan prior to moving forward with Silliman. Our loan officer, Brian, was extremely personable, communicative, and knowledgeable on the process, which was a huge factor in our decision of using Silliman. This particular property was log cabin in a very rural area of VA and luckily they still funded the deal for us.
