"I have used SPL for 2 years or so and never had a bad experience. After working with several hard money firms in the past I am still shocked at how easy the loan process is with SPL. Most of my deals drop in my lap last minute so having a lender that can move quickly is really important to my business. SPL is my preferred lender for all my future deals!"
